How does Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store work?

STEP 1: Select the product(s) you would like to purchase. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to the check out when you are ready. When you are on the check-out page, you will be shown which locations the product(s) are currently available at. Select your preferred location.

*Note: if you have multiple items in your cart, all of your products must be currently available in order for that location to be an option for pick-up.


STEP 2: Proceed to check out.


STEP 3: You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Wait for another email confirmation your pickup is ready. Head to the club! Our team will be happy to greet you at the front desk. Please bring your confirmation order number to pick up your purchase.


Do you ship?

At this time, we are not offering shipping. All merchandise is available to either purchase directly in the clubs or online with a pick-up option.


Who can pick up my order?

You can pick up your order by bringing your confirmation order number sent via email. Alternatively, you can bring a piece of valid government ID that matches the order. A friend picking it up for you? No problem. Forward them your confirmation email and show the order number to our staff and we will take it from there!


When can I pick up my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow for about 24 hours for us to prep and pack your order!


You can pick up your item(s) during regular gym hours. Please see below the respective hours of operation:




WEEKDAY:  Mon-Fri | 5:00 am- 11:00 pm

WEEKEND:  Sat-Sun | 7:00 am – 8:00 pm



WEEKDAY:  Mon-Fri | 6:00 am- 10:30 pm

WEEKEND:  Sat-Sun | 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

How long will the club hold my order for in store once it is ready?

After you have received your pickup confirmation email, you will have 48 hours to come pick up your order.


If, for some reason, you are unable to make it to the club during this time, please email shop@goldsgymbc.ca with additional details.


Can I change my pick-up address or cancel my order?

Order cannot be edited or cancelled once they have been placed. Please email shop@goldsgymbc.ca for assistance.


When do items restock?

Sign up for our email list to make sure you are the first to know about new product releases or restocks!


At this point in time, we will be offering limited runs of products and do not plan on restocking certain items once it sells out.


What is your return and exchange policy?

What payment types do you except?

We currently accept the following payment types:

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and gift cards.


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase gift cards online or in one of our clubs. All of our gift cards are electronic gift cards and are delivered via email.


They can be redeemed online or in person and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale.


Do I have to use the full amount of the gift card one order?

Nope! Gift cards are treated like cash. If you do not use up the entire gift card in one purchase, you can use it again for a different purchase.


Can I use a gift card during a sale or promotion?

Yes! You will be able to enter your gift card at the check-out like you would if you were to enter your credit card information.


I used my gift card for an order, now I want to exchange my item.

Any exchanges where the new order is less than the original order will always be refunded to a gift card.


Can I buy a gift card for someone else?

Absolutely! If you want it to be a surprise, you can use your own email to receive the gift card and send it to them at a later date. Or you can email them directly so they will have access to the electronic gift card in their inbox!
